Charter SOPs: (please read carefully)
| The charter orders are temporary orders. If no pilot has interest to fly them we will loose the order and perhaps the client...And the money... |
| Check out the in the charter assigned a/c from FlightLine with realistic failure settings and fly the charter immediately after checking out. The longest time is one week to return back home to the flightline. If you can not arrange this, please donīt request the charter. |
THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT TO CHARTER OPS !!!!
| After each leg check in the bird at Flightline for maintainance and check it out again immediately. |
| Give us a
brief report after the leg in the Flightline report sheet about OOOI, fuel
consumption, weather and so on. OPS needs this to bring the results into
our economical simulation.

| A comprehensive briefing package (including briefing documents, flight plans, charts if available) for all legs will be supplied on request by eMail to: charter@stevens-va.de. Thank you very much for your support and have fun flying. |

HELP FOR HAITI |

| Several human care organizations asked
us to bring a lot of humanitarian help stuff down to Haiti. And of course we will do that. There are laying 400 tons of material at the cargo bay in EDDF/FRA. Stand 216 is reserved for us there in EDDF. Aircrafts are B747-400F or MD11F, pls fly online at VATSIM if possible, so that the world can see we are on the way to Haiti. Thanks.

| For the route we decided to take the way via NAT over to New York to fall in the stream of U.S. aircrafts which are on the flight to Haiti regulary. Thats easier for possible ATC at MTPP. | |

There is no need to request this charter by email. Take as much as you can of cargo out of EDDF and bring it to MTPP. But please report in the charter section of the forum how much cargo you brang to Haiti. And donīt forget to donate a little for Haiti in the real live !! Thanks for all your effort... |
